Promotion Extension

We are pleased to announce that the Devondale Rewards Program has been extended until 15th August 2010. This means that you can keep collecting points and redeem rewards for much longer. So look out for the special promotional packs of Devondale spreads.

Account set up & info

How do I sign up to receive the rewards?
Click the REGISTER HERE button at the left of screen and complete the registration form including the promotional code from any specially marked pack of Devondale spreads. We will send you a welcome message by email which will contain a web link. You will need to click on the link in order to complete the registration process. If, for whatever reason, you do not receive the welcome message then please contact us here
What information do I need to provide to join?
Firstly we need some basic contact details from you – title, name, state and phone number. You also need to provide an email address, which becomes your username for the Devondale Rewards Program. To complete your registration, you will also need the promotional code from any specially marked pack of Devondale spreads.
How do I join if I don’t have internet access?
We’re sorry but the rewards in the Devondale Rewards Program are only redeemable by the Internet because Snapfish by HP is an online photo service. If you don’t have Internet access at home, try your local library.
How do I log in?
Once you have joined the Devondale Rewards Program by registering, you can log in to your account at any time by entering your username (the email address you provided) and password in the small boxes at the top left hand corner of any page.
I’ve forgotten my password – what do I do?
Go to www.devondalepromotion.com.au and click the ‘Forgotten password’ link under the Log in. You will be presented with a log in screen. Scroll down and enter your email address, we will then email you your password.
How do I change my account information?
When you are logged in to your account you can change any of the details you originally provided (except your email address) by clicking on the Update Details link. This will take you to the Update Details page where you also have the opportunity to EARN BONUS POINTS by completing ALL the questions listed.

How do I unsubscribe from the Devondale Rewards Program?
To unsubscribe from the Devondale Rewards Program, simply email your request to unsubscribe@devondalepromotion.com.au. Please note – This will cancel your account, not simply unsubscribe you from receiving emails about the program.

How do I unsubscribe from Snapfish?

Products

What products do I buy to earn points?
To earn points in the Devondale Rewards Program buy any specially marked pack of the following Devondale spreads - Extra Soft 375g or 500g, Extra Soft Salt Reduced 375g or 500g, Dairy Soft 375g or 500g, Dairy Soft Salt Reduced 375g or 500g, Light 375g or 500g, Light with Calcium, Butter 375g. Devondale butter pats (250g/500g and 500g salt reduced varieties) and Devondale Reduce are not included in the Devondale Rewards Program.
How many points is each product worth?
Devondale Extra Soft, Extra Soft Salt Reduced, Dairy Soft, Dairy Soft Salt Reduced and Butter are worth 10 points. Devondale Light and Light with Calcium are worth 15 points.
Where do I buy Devondale spreads?
You can buy Devondale spreads at most supermarkets nationally.

Promotional Code

Where do I find the promotional code?
Look for the promotional code on the bottom left hand corner of the product quality seal (underneath the lid) of any specially marked pack of Devondale spreads.
Can I use my promotional code more than once?
No, every promotional code is unique so once you have entered it into your account it is no longer active and can not be used again or passed on. So, before you have entered your promotional codes into your account, please keep them in a safe place and do not give them to others.
How do I add promotional codes to my account?
To add promotional codes to your account you need to be logged in (refer ‘How do I log in?’). Once logged in, go to My Account and click on ‘Enter Codes’ and follow the instructions. The points will then be added into your personal account.

Points

How do I collect points?
All specially marked packs of Devondale spreads can earn you points during this promotion. On the product quality seal of every pack (underneath the lid) is a promotional code. Every code is unique and you collect points by adding the codes to your account. The number of points you get for each promotional code depends on which product you buy (refer ‘How many points is each product worth?’).
How do I know how many points I have collected?
At any point in time you can check your account summary which will tell you how many points you have collected.
How do I check my account?
To check your account you need to be logged in (refer ‘How do I log in). Once logged in, go to My Account and you will be able to view all the activity on your account.
What do I do if the points allocated to my account do not match what it says on the pack that I have purchased?

Bonus Points

How do I earn BONUS POINTS?
You can earn 10 bonus points by completing ALL the questions on the Update Details page. To do this you need to be a registered member and you need to be logged in (refer ‘How do I log in?’). Once you are logged in, click on the Update Details link in My Account and complete the questions. The 10 points will be automatically added to your account if you complete ALL the questions. Note: Bonus points can only be added to your account once, even if you update your details multiple times.

What can I get with my Devondale points?
There are 2 exclusive offers currently available to holders of Devondale points. With only one purchase of any specially marked pack of Devondale spreads you can receive 50 FREE* PHOTO PRINTS from Snapfish by HP and/or with 50 Devondale points you can receive a Classic Photo Book for only $14.95# (valued at $39.95).
What is a Classic Photo Book?
A Classic Photo Book from Snapfish is a 20 page, hard cover book that you can customise with your own photos. You can also choose the colour of the cover, the page layouts and even the background design of each page. A photo book is an impressive way to display photos and is a great way to turn your favourite happy snaps into a lasting keepsake. A photo book also makes a lovely personal gift – perfect for birthdays, special occasions and Christmas.
How do I claim my 50 FREE* PHOTO PRINTS?
To claim your free photo prints firstly you need to join the Devondale Rewards Program (refer ‘How do I sign up?’) Once you’ve registered you can redeem use your points to claim rewards at any time. Once you redeem points for a reward you will receive an email from Devondale including a special redemption code from Snapfish. Once received follow these instructions:
  1. Click on the link in the email from Devondale or go to www.snapfish.com.au/devondale_prints
  2. Click on the Log in link, which is towards the bottom of the page under the heading ‘Redeem your offer’.
  3. On the next page, enter the email address and password you use to access your Devondale account, and in the ‘Redemption code’ box enter the Snapfish redemption code you received in the email from Devondale. Now click the yellow ‘Log in’ button lower down the page.
  4. You will then be taken to a final page confirming your 50 FREE* photo prints and discounted shipping have been credited to your account. Click the ‘Get Started’ button to continue to the main Snapfish website to complete your order.
How do I claim a Classic Photo Book?
To claim a Classic Photo Book firstly you need to join the Devondale Rewards Program (refer ‘How do I sign up?’) Once you’ve registered, start collecting points by purchasing specially marked packs of Devondale spreads and adding the promotional codes to your account (Refer ‘How do I collect points?’). Once you have accumulated 50 points you have enough to claim a Classic Photo Book and can use your points to claim at any time.

Once you redeem points for a reward you will receive an email from Devondale including a special redemption code from Snapfish. Once received follow these instructions:
  1. Click on the link in the email from Devondale or go to www.snapfish.com.au/devondale_photobook
  2. Click on the Log in link, which is towards the bottom of the page under the heading ‘Redeem your offer’
  3. On the next page, enter the email address and password you use to access your Devondale account, and in the ‘Redemption code’ box enter the Snapfish redemption code you received in the email from Devondale. Then click the yellow ‘Log in’ button lower down the page.

How long do I have to claim my rewards?
You need to enter all your promotional codes into your Devondale account and claim your rewards by 11.59pm AEST on 15th August 2010. Once you have done this and you have received your special coupon code from Snapfish by HP, you have plenty of time to order your photo prints or Classic Photo Book as the coupon code will be valid for 12 months from the date you receive it.
Are there any costs involved in receiving these rewards?
Postage & handling costs apply to both offers. $1.95 for the photo prints (Limit of 1 claim per household during the promotional period), $4.95 for the Classic Photo Book.
How long will my reward take to arrive?
Once you have placed your prints or photo book order on the Snapfish website, it will take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Why do you need to know my personal information?
When you first register, the information you provide is simply used to administer your Devondale Rewards account and in case we need to contact you about the promotion. You also have the opportunity to provide additional personal information to earn bonus points (Refer Update Details page). This additional personal information is used to by Murray Goulburn to better understand Devondale consumers so that we can provide you with more exciting, relevant offers in the future.
